1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Kiozy ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Kiozy provides gaming venue management software including a web dashboard, Windows PC agent, and customer kiosk interface. The Service is provided on a subscription basis following an initial trial period.
3. Trial period
Eligible venues may receive a free trial period as communicated at sign-up. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. We will notify you before the trial ends.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Kiozy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Windows agent or any other component
- Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent
5. Payment and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
6. Service availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Enterprise plans include an uptime SLA.
7. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiozy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
